Hello
Here's who I am & what I do:
I am a graduate student in the Cognitive Psychology Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago where I work under the mentorship of Dr. Jennifer Wiley.

My research is focused on the theoretical understanding of the cognitive processes that underlie memory and learning, with a particular emphasis on the factors that may influence a learners' perceived knowledge - metacognition - across various tasks. I examine how these factors interact with instructional methods and environmental conditions to shape learning outcomes. Additionally, I am interested in individual differences to understand why and how people might engage with the same task in different ways, aiming to address disparities in engagement and performance.
